Zhongkun Julin Group has acquired 80% of the shares in Russia's Soviet Port and is currently upgrading the design of the Soviet port. It plans to renovate it in two phases. In 2020, the port throughput will increase to 50 million tons per year, and in 2022, the port cargo throughput will reach 100 million tons.
