Zhongkun Julin Group has
established a joint venture with the Russian Ministry of Railways in the Baikal
Territory and Siberia to establish the “Post-Baikal Railway Transport Company”
and “Siberian Railway Transport Company”. It is based on the existing railway
lines in the Russian Far East to realize the docking with the domestic port
logistics park.
